Processing Time
Each order is crafted, packaged, and shipped with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your item ships.

Shipping Times
    •    U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping.
    •    Digital products (like coloring books) are delivered instantly via download link after purchase.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for select items or order amounts.

Pre-Orders
For pre-sale or made-to-order art, please refer to the shipping timeframe listed on each product page. These items may take longer to fulfill as they’re printed or created especially for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at x24artistry@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly review and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

x24artistry is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or weather-related delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as each item is prepared and packed individually.
